- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work in a very competitive industry and focus on fair prices for customers. We also offer a 7% discount for the military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have set up a time to meet with the customer we try to gather as much information as possible. Once we are onsite we will do a thorough inspection of the space. After the inspection is completed we will walk the customer through what needs to be done in order to make the environment safe and clean again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a great construction background which allows us to put very accurate estimates together. We are also certified in mold, water cleanup/dry out, duct cleaning, and moisture control.
