This guys were rude from the get go, trying to be nice to them and bargain a little with an electric guitar, I saw the price online for it and they were trying to charge me way over that price and it was used. Terrible customer service, never been treated this way at any other music business in Omaha.

strange this review appeared just after we had to call the police on a customer trying to steal a guitar from us ... they gave a us a serial number and it did not match ... cheap shot to get back at us ... the beastie boys said "rainbow is the coolest guitar shop in the world" ... many people believe something is the same / when in reality it is not ... we deal in reality

I took in a vintage tube amp for repair. Instead of selling me on a complete recap and destroying the vintage tone, they cleaned it, replaced some bad tubes, and got it sounding great. Then I decided to sell it on eBay, and it sold for top dollar to a buyer who was very pleased with it.
