CornerStone Planning offers pre-construction services such as; paper to CAD conversion, field verification, contractor bidding, code related changes, help with city concerns, contacts with licensed professionals and much more. These are excellent services for the homeowner who wants to build new, add on or finish the basement. Also for the business who needs a renovation or a tenant improvement. CornerStone Planning offers professional drafting services for Licensed Architects, Engineers and Contractors whom need immediate and long term help with a commercial or residential project. Pricing options: New Residential Projects: $1.15 per square foot, this includes engineering. Residential additions and basement finishes: $40.00 per hour, engineering extra. Professional drafting services: $40.00 per hour SketchUp models: $100-$1500 depending on complexity of model (Free with all new residential projects.) Although CornerStone Planning is not a licensed Architect or Engineer, we are in collaboration with licensed professionals from both of these disciplines.
