Andrew has been an awesome personal trainer! He is super flexible and is always willing to make our schedules work so that I can meet my personal goals while still traveling for work. His workouts are always sufficiently challenging! I always leave the gym knowing I had a great workout and did something good for myself. Andrew is also super friendly and polite. Very happy with my experience!!

He not only wants you to reach your fitness goals but also your life mission of being happy healthy and whole. He is the real deal!!!! i have had a lot of trainers in my journey of trying to reach my weight loss goal and no trainer before luke ever addressed the real reason behind my weight issues. he cares about his clients and wants them to succeed at whatever their goals might be.
Logan is an excellent personal trainer. He is very knowledgeable and punctual. He has worked with me for a few years and I have become stronger and more flexible since working with him. Also, he has had to tailor the workouts for some injuries that I have had and he makes sure I am doing them correctly, so I don't hurt myself. Although the workouts are tough, he makes it fun too. I would recommend him to anyone.
I've always had a hard time staying motivated, and usually stop with a training program a couple months in. I've been working with April for almost three (maybe four?) years now and am still loving it. My trainer, the program, the girls I work out with, everyone is great!
BJ clearly does her homework. She took the time to understand my goals as well as my challenges, and tailored each workout to fit. She kept up on what other workouts I was doing, what races I participated in, and supported them with the strength training I needed to make sure I would get to the finish lines!
I trained with Kelly for 3 months. In that time I increased my 1Rep Max of my bench press by 110lbs, my back squat by 45lbs, my shoulder press by 20lbs, and I can now do strict pull ups without assistance! I also decreased my body fat percentage by 8%! Kelly taught me how to eat well as a lifestyle choice instead of a "diet". She also provided me with copies of everything we did together (wgts, reps, workouts, etc) so now I feel very confident going to the gym on my own and programming my own workouts! I am looking to grow my clients and getting ready for outdoor boot camp season. I work with clients, from NHL and college football players to 67 years old adults, wanting to stay healthy. I do one- on- one sessions and small groups.
I've been training private clients for five years now, everything from future marines to brides to be. I have also worked with elderly clients through physical rehab services. I am not currently a certified trainer but can show you in person the proof of my own workouts and such. I can also provide training and consulting via Facebook or Gmail video services if you can't find a large-time gap to work out. I am currently going through ISSA's PT/NC coursework and will be certified very soon.
