Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Our video production and editing business has produced training programs, promotional videos, and shows for awards banquets and conventions for dozens of corporate clients in its nearly quarter century in business. The company also has many retail clients for whom it converts personal home movies, reel-to-reel audio, video tapes, even 78rpm records and other media produced in outdated formats into current digital formats, DVDs and CDs. Old slides, photos and other family treasures can be restored to a high-quality digital form as well. A big percentage of our work comes from repeat customers. “We develop long-term relationships with our clients…They return to us year after year because our programs make a difference in their lives and make their events special. Founded in 1987, Omaha Trans Video was purchased by Theresa Case in 2003. Her Production manager, Joe Sittler, has been with the company since 1988. “Both Joe and I earned our degrees in video production from Metropolitan Community College. We are visual people and have a talent and a desire to communicate with sight and sound, I credit OTV’s whole team — including film editor Candice Hartwig, Dominick Case, who works in the duplication area, and her accounting/bookkeeping team —for OTV’s success. “We all pride ourselves in helping clients accomplish the best results possible. We are helping companies and families create media presentations and to preserve their histories to be carried on through generations is gratifying work. We care about people and have been truly blessed to work with many great organizations and families over the years. The handshakes, the hugs, the tears and the smiles we see make our work worth all the hours we put in. The most challenging aspect of the business is staying on top of new technology. Constantly updating software and equipment is a must to stay alive. The variety in the work is a major plus. Because we do so many different types of projects, the workplace changes from day to day. We’ve seen (through video) almost everything in our 23 years in business. We traveled to places we’ll never go, heard stories about historic events of families from previous generations. Most days are interesting and educational.
