- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is based on need. I do have package options to choose from, however, frequently create custom packages to fully fit the clients needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to set up a free consultation. The consultation allows both parties to feel secure that it's going to be a good fit. Next I gather as much information as possible regarding current status of planning and needs as well as any major concerns I can assist with. I follow up each consultation with an email recap along with package options to best fit requests.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Full event planning, coordinating and day of setup/coordination. Vendor referrals, partial planning and day of set up. Rehearsal coordination. Full design creation and set up. Day of setup and vendor coordination only.
