- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very simple! You can choose a "digital" session, meaning that your session comes with the digital files and a full print release; or you can choose to purchase prints and products. This ensures that we have something for everyone. We also offer many add-on items, from birth announcements to gift prints and more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love getting to know my clients and their vision for their session. I ask about home decor and colors, how they wish to display their images, and what poses they love best. At the photo session, we try to keep things very fun and stress-free. After the session, we provide a viewing gallery and walk our clients through the process of choosing, ordering, and even displaying their images, all with a quick turn-around time!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a photographer, it is important to continue to learn and perfect your craft. Each year, I spend countless hours on photography classes, mentoring, and seminars. I am a member of Professional Photographers of America and have been featured in multiple magazines and blog posts. Because I feel safety is extremely important, I am CPR certified for infants, children, and adults.
