We needed a last-minute heavy moving job and Dustin was there insanely fast (within just a couple hours!). They got our heavy move job, which consisted of moving 5x10 wall partitions, done quickly and efficiently. Great team and I would 100% hire them again for work around our office location.
I do not make it a habit of sending my reviews on private contractors but in Andre's case I will make an exception. He was professional, courteous, timely, hard working at making my two bedroom apartment cleaner than when I first started my lease four years ago. Easy to like and talk to as he continually cleaned everything from top to bottom. He is very methodical like a machine doing everything perfectly and always asked how does this look , is there anything else you need before I go, etc.. just a pleasant but very professional person and service all thruout the entire process. I will gladly , highly recommend him and his special skills to anyone looking for an AWESOME Service and Person to clean their business or residence. The costs for what you get in return is worth every penny and then some.
Sheryl was prompt, dependable and a very conscientious worker. She cleaned my house from top to bottom and provided invaluable assistance She follows direction carefully and works til the job is done. Tomorrow, Alissa will have cooked 42 fantastic meals for me and she has cleaned my now-spotless house one time since I hired her. She's earned every one of her 5-stars! Details: I love to eat healthy but I'm a bit neurotic when it comes to cooking, kitchen clean-up and house cleaning. If you've ever seen Saturday Night Live's "Anal-Retentive Chef" then you'll know what I mean. I found myself constantly grocery shopping, cooking and cleaning, leaving little time to do the things I enjoy. Something HAD to change. Setting my misgivings aside, I made up my mind to hire a person to cook weekly meals and another to clean my house every two weeks. So one day I posted an online ad that I was interested in hiring someone to cook and clean. The costs, not knowing how quickly I could get services started and my very high expectations still left me somewhat apprehensive. But then came Alissa Boukal to the rescue! After posting the ad, it was less than an hour when I received my first response--a response from Alissa telling me that she not only cleans, but also does meal preparation. This seemed like a GREAT solution for me (one I hadn't thought of), so I waited a short while for other responses, but none came. Oh, I did receive other responses, but not one person other than Alissa offered to do house cleaning AND cooking. We spoke on the phone about my expectations and Alissa followed up by coming to my house so I could show her how I wanted my house cleaned and to discuss meal planning. She immediately set me at ease by indicating that I'd be easy to cook for and that my house would be as clean as a whistle when she got done with it--so I hired her on the spot and made arrangements for my first week's meals and established a twice-monthly cleaning regimen. She made it very clear that she believes very strongly in two way communication--that it was incumbent upon me to enable her to do her job right by clearly defining what it is I expect from her--no detail too small. I took that to heart and I've held up my part of the bargain. I'm sure that's why I am so very satisfied and comfortable with our arrangement! To ensure success, she provided me with easy-to-fill-out forms where I circled the foods--meats, veggies, carbs, desserts, condiments, etc., that I enjoyed eating and plenty of room to enter comments such as food allergies, or anything specific you want her to know. Now that we're in a routine, I give Alissa the recipes I like or I pick some of her suggested meals to eat for the week (two meals per day) and Alissa shows up at my door every week with easy to reheat, refrigerate or freeze cooked food made just for me. On house cleaning day she arrives with vacuum cleaner in hand (unless you want her to use your vacuum) and she's all business, getting right to work on the dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, etc.--she truly does it all! I am still very apprehensive about hiring Alissa; now not because of her outstanding work ethic/performance, but because she's made herself so indispensable to me that I don't know how I'd get along without her! Thank you Alissa!

Dan was able to see me within a couple days after first contact to install a 6-paneled interior door in the basement. The 1963 construction proved problematic at times, but Dan was able to come up with a solution. The door looks like it's always been there and really defines the living space. Very thorough, professional, cleaned up at the end of the day. Would recommend.

Roger and his partner did a great job for me, and I would hire them again. I needed carpet repaired in three areas, and I had flooring put into a small office space. I chose two different floorings, and after Roger started installing my first choice, he asked me to take a look; he suggested I go with my second (better) choice. He pointed out, that due the fact that my floors were a bit un-level, there would be an issue with how the floor went down. He thought I deserved to do better AND he wanted the job done well. So, I went with my second choice, and it looks so great! Before Roger arrived to the job, he and I emailed back and forth several times until we figured out how to proceed with my project. His price was very reasonable, he is a nice guy (helper, too!), and the guys cleaned up afterwards and hauled the old stuff away. I would hire them again for sure. Thanks, Roger!

I have been using flying vacuums for quite some time now, at least a couple years, and I am so glad I found them! Sean is always so friendly and thourough. He strives to please his customers. If there's ever anything not the way I want it cleaned or organized he is real good about accepting feedback and does whatever he can to remedy and improve the situation. I have also just recently referred him to my daughter and she is super pleased! She said, what a nice guy and the place looks fabulous! I plan on utilizing the services of flying vacuums on a continued long term basis.
Nick did a great job! His bid was right on and service was top notch. In fact, after the initial job was completed I wanted to add a couple more drawers to the pantry.... When the new drawers arrived Nick installed them and reconfigured the height setting of the remaining drawers at no extra charge. I would love to have him back some day for a couple of other projects!!
