Whether I'm working with a group, company, or individual, my focus is listening to their wants, needs, and goals. Formulating a plan to optimize success from the start is very important.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold degrees in Exercise Science and Health Education. I've taken numerous college-level psychology classes and master-level classes. I regularly work on personal development and continuing education credits. I am a business owner and spend a great deal of time networking and building positive relationships.
