- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with people's needs, I don't have a set generic, cookie cutter rate I spit out like a machine. I do my very best to earn everyone's business and to work with people individually. I traditionally price all material, disposal, and labor into my prices but I'm open to everything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally, I'll do a rough price with my software just to give a ballpark within the same day. I like to do this because it gives people a rough number quickly and easily and shows them I'm eager to work for them and get things done. Proceeding I will drive to the location to verify my measurements and pricing and meet the client and talk in person to really understand what their wants, needs, and situations are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I make training and educational videos on my social media platform to try to give the people as much know-how as possible. It's a big purchase-knowledge is power.
