The Practical Nutritionist

Introduction: I believe strongly in the importance of self care and practical measures (hence the name the Practical Nutritionist). I respect the time restraints and pressures we all feel, and realize to be successful families and lifestyles do have to be taken into account. I strive to help my clients feel and look better in a simple way that works with their busy lives. I work as a coach, an educator and a personal support system so that no matter what your goals are, you have the education and support necessary to make life changes so you can be successful!
