We asked Kelly to design our new master suite that is a massive 22x26 with a challenging 2 entrances , Kelly did a fantasy job of listening to what we wanted out of that space and delivered us 4 options to choose from. We took those options and are now able to move forward and we would never have been able to do it without her expertise! Thanks Kelly !!Jul 26, 2015Review from Facebook
Dear Kelly:I would like to personally thank you for the excellent work Dcor & You did recently on the roller blinds at our store. The product you chose has been excellent and the installation went flawlessly. Most importantly, I no longer have the glare coming through in the late afternoons.I realize that many people think of you for the personal decorating, and that makes sense, but you are also an excellent fit for any business looking to keep their look, and even their functionality, up to par. Thank you, again, for providing such excellent service to us!Regards,Mike Apfelberg, Owner, Educational Outfitters of New HampshireMar 17, 2015Review from Facebook

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I'll conduct a thorough interview to gain an understanding of the client's needs and aspirations and come back with 3 design compositions to choose from. Then I'll order everything, inspect the products when they arrive and install it all in one day!!
- What types of customers have you worked with?Typically clients come to me because they struggle with color coordination and/or don't have time to shop through all the furnishings choices. Common jobs are everything from color selection and floor planning, to window treatments and accessories; more often than not though, the customer needs an entire room freshly updated or furnished and accessorized from scratch. And often transformed room leads to another!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? Not all decorators' approaches are the same, so first and foremost the customer must determine if the decorator is the right fit for thier project. A good decorator listens well and asks a lot of questions about the functional needs and practical considerations of the spaces to be designed, balancing the aesthetic solution with those challenges. Providing more than one solution demonstrates range of interpretation of the client's needs and creativity.
