- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have an hourly rate and we also give fixed pricing for projects. Our rates are designed to meet our needs as a business, however, we approach every project with a mindset of "how can we most efficiently complete this project without compromising any quality?" This is how you, the client, get a real value! Remember: Skilled labor isn't cheap and cheap labor isn't skilled!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will promptly review your request and get back to you as soon as possible. Small jobs can be quoted via email with a brief, detailed description of what you need to be done, and a few pictures. Larger, more complex projects begin with a meet in person, on site to go over all of the aspects of your remodel.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly learning all of the latest building techniques, attending hands-on seminars and keeping up with the latest materials available
