Introduction: Ellis Normandin Property Management, LLC. has been in the property management business for twelve years. When it comes to property management there is no company that provides the services we offer for the prices we have. While most charge 10% of each months rent, we charge a flat rate of $100 per unit per month. We do NOT take the first months rent as we know you depend on that to pay bills for those months you didn't have a tenant. There are many other services we offer and have a full staff to take care of any and all your needs. Some of our services include: Fall and Spring cleanups Post tenant cleanouts Painting, minor repairs and lock changes Tenant recruitment and screening Court representation When you hire us to manage your property ALL of the services are included in our fee.
