contact for price

Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Some law firms make it difficult to speak with your attorney, take days to return your calls, and then charge you exorbitant and complicated rates for the privilege. We at Martin & Hipple stay in direct contact with our clients, return calls quickly, and know you by name. We often provide clients with our cell phone numbers, so that you can reach us directly. We usually answer, but if we are in court or with a client when you call, we will return your call quickly usually within four business hours or less. At a minimum, you will hear from us at least once per month so long as your case is active. Our rates are competitive, fair, and easy to understand. We understand the time constraints of working people. We are available for after-hour appointments and stay open until 6:00 p.m. We even stay open on some holidays. We are committed to serving all of New Hampshire. We understand that the legal system can be confusing and overwhelming. We take the time to make sure that you understand everything we are working on and why. We speak to you plainly and answer your questions directly. Before you sign a fee agreement with us, we will take you through each paragraph and make sure you don’t have any questions. We focus on criminal defense, personal injury, family law (adoption, divorce, child support, etc.), and civil litigation.

He's a quick thinker! He understands what you say the first time you say it or even before you complete your thought. The first impression wasn't as good over the phone but after meeting him, he's very impressionable! I wish my doctor would have listened to me when I saw him in February but he saw me for the initial reason I went in ONLY! When I began telling him "I was seeing a lawyer and" he cut me off and said "We'll talk about that at your appointment in June". I called the Elliot Hospital to ask for a change of doctor and someone with more experience than he has but was told because there is a shortage of doctors, they haven't anyone they could refer me to. I'd like a female PCP with at least 10 years experience. Because my back and lumbar have been in excruciating pain and my PTSD, much having to do with the weather, I haven't been able to get to PT to speak with the therapists as I was asked to do.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Attorneys are required to take at least 12 continuing education credits per year. Attorney Hipple, in the past, has focused his education credits on family law, criminal law, and trial skills.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We represent clients on criminal defense, family law, personal injury, and civil litigation. Examples of criminal defense would include DUI or possession of marijuana. We also handle criminal record annulments to clear criminal records. Examples of family law include divorces, adoptions, custody disputes, child support, and relocation disputes. Examples of personal injury cases include obtaining compensation for injuries sustained in car accidents or other negligent torts. Civil litigation covers a wide variety of areas, including business disputes, landlord-tenant law, restraining orders, injunctions, and other similar issues. If you're not sure if your problem falls into any of the above areas, give us a call! If we can't help you, we will try to find someone for you who can.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

One of the biggest complaints people have about their attorneys is that they are hard to get in touch with, don't return calls, and don't explain things in an understandable way. When shopping for an attorney, it's important to see how responsive they are and to make sure that the attorney gives you straight, easy-to-understand answers.
