Our fees are always disclosed upfront. No surprises. Many services are fixed fee based. We always strive to be competitive and deliver the best value. We offer a complimentary first consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer an in-depth complimentary meeting in person or over the phone during which we determine the set of services required, deadlines, pricing, etc. We strive to be open and timely. We mainting communications with our clients during the delivery process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff is highly trained in the areas of their expertise. We undergo annual continued education relative to our licensing requirements.
