With Kathy I had the one on one dedication of someone who took their time to make certain that I was understanding the material, not just the final answer. Her lessons were clear and her tips were most useful. I would highly recommend her to anyone struggling. I would also go to her again for help if I ever needed it

Marcie was my drama teacher for my Senior year of high school. Although I didn't experience her as an English/Literature teacher, I could tell from the reading and writing assignments in the drama class that she would excel at teaching those subjects. In my experience of her as my drama teacher, she would always find new and engaging ways of teaching. I recall group exercises in which we were challenged to write and act a scene in front of the class and also provide constructive feedback to the other groups. I also recall exercises that were designed to encourage "outside of the box" thinking. Of these exercises my favorites were the various improv games and the section dealing with "Method Acting". Marcie is not only an excellent educator, but also someone you can confide in. She truly cares about her students and doesn't treat teaching as "just a job."

"I would highly recommend Jennifer as an outstanding writer and very effective coach for her clients. Her style is authentic, enthusiastic and she is very genuinely interested in her client. She spent time connecting with my 15 yo son about who he is as well as what is important to him. Through this connecting, she was able to help him think through and articulate his stories for purposes of completing an application for private school, going into the 10th grade. Hence, a very successful application that was true to him. I believe he discovered something about himself along the way as well. We are very grateful to have found Jennifer. She is also very honest, forthright and has an outstanding sense of humor that she brings to the table."

I own two high end consignment shops. Our challenges, as most retail shops, is constantly getting in new merchandise & getting it out while at the same time making it look beautiful and 'Boutique' like. We are also small in square footage - so another challenge - is putting merchandise out again making it work, removing the clutter, turning over product. That's where Cathy walks in and transforms the store. As far as being creative; she amazes me with her ideas/visions & how well she actually brings them to life. As well as, how quickly she can do a 'touch up' and make the store look so new and refreshed! In my shops it is vital to make our merchandise look as beautiful and as high end as it is. & she comes through time and time again. After, a visit to the shop - it looks better 100% but sales both on-line and in-store are increased. Customers love it and look forward to our changes & comment positively each time. She has made an impact on my store both aesthetically pleasing as well as financially (sales). A huge win for us & our customers/consignors. I highly, highly recommend her, but hate to share her! You will be more than happy with the entire experience. ♥️ Pictures don't do her work justice.

My daughter was only 5 when we started lessons and I was worried that she would not take to learning French but Delia has been patient and great with her. We've only been working with Delia for a few months but I can see a long and productive partnership in our future. Highly recommended!

I am currently a senior in high school, and I have been accepted into the Honors Nursing Program at my top choice of colleges. Although I have always had a passion for science, this became more focused during my sophomore year in high school. I had an opportunity to participate in a research science and math program. One of the requirements was to complete a year-long science project for the school science fair. I contacted Carina to see if she would be willing to work with me as a mentor on the project, and a tutor in general during the year to support my efforts to excel and grow in the science field, specifically in chemistry. She graciously accepted. Carina’s subject knowledge and teaching qualities were a perfect fit. She was able to present and teach the material in different ways. If I easily answered a problem, we would discuss my critical thought process in arriving at the answer; she would also create additional problems and scenarios for me if I needed more practice with a specific type of problem. If I was having difficulty with a concept or problem, she was able to present the logic required for solving it in a variety of ways. She was able to use non-scientific examples that I could easily relate to, and then apply these examples to the science problem we were solving. Naturally, if you learn best by using scientific concepts, she can teach that way, too. She can work with all levels of learning – sometimes, I had trouble understanding simple concepts and the “big picture,” whereas other times I had difficulty with detailed and complex problems. She was able to help me regardless of the difficulty or type of problem. Carina makes you “earn” the answer by asking questions, and guiding you to use and reflect upon your current knowledge to see how you can apply it to find a solution. I had an outstanding year, and thanks to Carina’s help, my science fair project advanced to the regional science fair! Also, this past year, I took a virtual high school science course dealing with genes and diseases. During one particular unit, I was struggling and couldn’t seem to put all of the information together. Fortunately, Carina was able to help me sort through the mess of information in my brain, and she helped clarify the concept. I actually started to enjoy doing the problems, when only a week before I had no clue where to even start to solve the problem. Carina was certainly a key part of my success; not only that, but she was a role model for me professionally.

Paula literally taught both of my children to read at 4 years old. The knowledge they gained through Paula's work continues to carry them through school. Both kids have always read above grade level and it's no doubt because of the foundation they gained through Paula.

I lived and studied in Paris and Grenoble, France. I have a Master's degree in French from Middlebury College. I studied under French professors in these French cities and I lived with French families. I taught French language in private schools and I tutored also. France is a very beautiful country with a mild Mediterranean climate. It is wise to learn the language to some degree before you travel there because French are proud of their language and they like to be addressed in their own language.

I have my bachelor's and master's degrees in civil and environmental engineering. I have been tutoring students in math for the past 10-15 years in pre-algebra, Algebra I, Algebra II, geometry and trig. I also have my license for middle school math and tutored students at the Greater Lawrence Technical School who were in danger of not passing the 10th grade math MCAS. I love what I do.
