Introduction: I have a BBQ truck that I sell out of as well as cater to weddings and functions. I enjoy cooking for people and watching them enjoy the food. I can deliver if they need it. They can pick it up from me as well.
I need about 24 to 48 hours for the smoked meats and anything grilled can be done on the same day. I do side dishes as well.
