Introduction: I am a licensed substance abuse counselor (MLADC), with a specialty in co-occurring disorders. I have an outpatient alcohol and chemical-dependency service in the Upper Valley conveniently located on the Advance Transit route. I am also a certified life coach with a niche in mental health. I received my master's degree in Community Mental Health from New England College. As a Life Coach I am able to coach you by telephone or in-person.
As a Counselor I utilize motivational interviewing, CBT, reality therapy, and client-centered therapy. My approach is very individualized.
My clients have suffered losses and because of this they appreciate the fact that they can feel safe, that their information is kept confidential, that they have finally found someone who takes the time with them, that someone finally cares.
