We had a mini-split system with 3 heads installed by a knowledgeable relative. It would work for a month or two and then fail (loss of refrigerant). Our Technician, Jordyn was very knowledgeable, had all the right tools, quickly located the bad flare on a copper line, repaired it, tested and recharged the system with a warrantee against future leaks. I'm very glad that I chose him
