- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates can be given on site or through Thumbtack, depending on the job. If estimate is accepted, initial service fee is waived.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am happy to answer any questions you have about myself or the project. We can talk on the phone or video call to evaluate certain projects. I will ask how old your house is. If your wiring is old ungrounded wire (such as knob & tube or BX) repairs cannot be completed. Wire will need to be replaced completely.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the trade since 2006, and I've been in a variety of roles in the trade. I've done complex troubleshooting in many settings, so rest assured I will be able to get to the bottom of the issue. For replacements, I will be sure to always take national and local codes into account when choosing replacement parts.
