My experience is that I was over charged. Site says $35/hr and Jon thinks that means if he brings his brother along paying both of them that rate. My previous experience with contractors is THEY pay their help. So it’s false advertising first of all. Secondly when I said this to Jon he told me I didn’t know what I was talking about and he just couldn’t explain anymore. Job completed 6/2. This past weekend (7/25) I texted Jon who “stands by his work” about the platform his brother built starting to bow. It took three texts to get his attention. Then he told me he’s out of state until the end of September and that his brother told him that he told me I needed a plywood surround and I sad ok. The actual conversation was. “Do you think this is sturdy enough to hold the 250gal water tank”. He sad oh yeah. Well it’s not. After Jon texting me this info I haven’t heard another word. So. DO NOT HIRE THIS SERVICE. I now have to hire someone else to come and reinforce a two month old platform
