I gave 3 stars because I did not use this Handyman Pro. Another tradesman came before his appointment and we chose them. However, Jackson Home Services responded quickly and was professional when we said we had found someone else.

Lighting Installation
The morning of his scheduled arrival he asked to reschedule. After I told him his new proposed time would not work, he said we was able to come later that day. He called and said he would be coming an hour later than the new proposed time. He never showed, didn't return my calls or texts.
