Alison helped with a wedding I was in. She was professional and flexible. We could have purchased any of her in stock pieces or she was willing to do custom jewelry for us. What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs I get are wedding jewelry. I do custom work for brides, bridesmaids, etc. Often a bride will ask for customized jewelry to go with a specific gown. Sometimes brides use my jewelry as gifts for their bridal party. I also get a fair number of jobs involving the creation of 'something blue' for brides. These are often custom blue anklets.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Plan on some discussion! And get pictures if you can of the dress or color you are trying to match. Think about your personal style and ways you can describe it. I will always give you a chance to change your mind!
