- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on our standard hourly rate for our services which is $130/hr. We will quote costs project to project when we have the scope of work to do so from. We also will work on a retainer basis for more long term marketing and support engagements which we will run at a reduced rate based on the term of the agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We regularly attend WordPress meetups around our immediate area, we always attend WordCamp Boston in the summer (even presented in 2013 & 2014). We are Google and Bing certified partners for adwords and analytics. We are Gold Level WooExperts (one of only 9 in the US) because of our expertise with the world's most popular ecommerce engine WooCommerce. We are also Silver level certified experts in the marketing automation software SharpSpring. Many of our team members have masters degrees in Marketing, Design ,Development and Business as well.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do a lot of WordPress website design and development, especially in Ecommerce using WooCommerce. We also run a lot of Pay Per Click advertising programs. We also do a lot of catalog, logo and annual report design work as well.
