Ben was extremely friendly and professional. He was able to remove my old kitchen island and offered to junk my old dishwasher and now I have more space and a clean slate for a new kitchen soon. I would highly recommend BTS LLC!

Was in dire straits. Had new appliances delivered to my home anticipating installation. That was not the case. They were delivered in boxes and left in the middle of my kitchen. Reached out to several installers with a 2 week to one month date of availability. Ben reached out under an hour. He had finished up a previous job early and came right over. There was a plumbing problem with installing the dishwasher. The trap was heavily corroded and broke. Ben was able to make the repair and had parts in his truck. He left the work area as he found it. Removed all the boxes and the used appliances as well. I would highly recommend Ben and will definitely keep him in mind for my upcoming projects.
