I went to good training not sure what to expect, i had never been to a personal trainer before just group classes i had never stuck to. I got paired up with Miguel and he took my needs very seriously, reviewing what i was eating versus what i should be. He gave me a plan on what to do the days i didn’t see him and periodically checked in with me to make sure i was on track. He explained every work out we did and why, he also made sure we adjusted work outs due to some knee issues. I also felt comfortable i could reach out to him at anytime to ask questions about our work ouut or if i needed to reschedule. I cannot recall a single time he was late or rescheduled on me, he’s very reliable and wonderful to work with. In three months i lost 10 pounds, gained muscle both things i had been trying and failing to do on my own for several months. I get complemented almost daily about the change in my body and i am 100% it’s because of Miguel. If anyone ever hesitated to get a personal trainer even for 3 months, suck it up and do it. Miguel is an extremely positive and motivated person to train with. I have a pretty tight schedule and am always working. He was able to put together a plan for me to eat right and train hard. If I have any questions he has no problem helping and answering. His positivity and work ethic keeps me going when I’m feeling unmotivated. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing for training with myself varies depending upon the number of times we meet on a weekly basis as well as how long we meet. The number of times we meet and how long is always based off of your needs and how we can efficiently work toward your goals!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first session is always free! We'll sit down, talk about your goals, exercise history, and the changes you have and/or are willing to make, we'll go over your physical limitations, if any, and figure out what the best program is for you to have the most success.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I've been working out on and off since highschool but really got serious about it a few years ago when I met my first coach. As my knowledge progressed and I found myself answering more and more questions, I realized how much I loved helping others with their knowledge of fitness, health and wellness. Now I'm constantly trying to grow and better the lives of my clients, friends and family with every bit of knowledge I gain.
