My experience with Dave and Rainmaker Irrigation has been very satisfying from the start. We moved into our new Auburn home in January 2013 and needed an irrigation system installed. Dave was one of several contractors that provided me with proposals. Dave's proposal and presentation was extremely professional and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the business and understanding of our specific needs. His price quote was very reasonable and competitive. He provided me with many job references and I spoke with each of them. All of them said they were very satisfied with Daves services and highly recommended him. So I selected Dave for our installation that included 30 plus heads, 6 zones, controls, valves, etc along with irrigation lines for 12 porch flower hangers and rail baskets. Dave coordinated the entire installation with our builder and his landscaper who was installing our lawn. Dave adjusted his schedule to make it all work and the installation of the lawn and irrigation system went flawlessly. Dave adhered to every detail of his proposal and provided ongoing training and support on the use of the system. He was extremely responsive to our needs and requests and on one occasion even stopped by on his way to a family wedding to tweak the spray on a few heads and respond to some questions we had. Needless to say, we used Dave's seasonal services to prepare the system for winter and we're scheduled to have Dave perform our Spring startup services. I recommend Dave and Rainmaker without hesitation. He is thorough, responsive, demonstrates an understanding of your needs and customer empathy. My family and I have managed our own small service related businesses in the past and know what it takes to satisfy a customer. Dave and his staff at Rainmaker truly get it. In fact , they "ace it"!
