I had about 40 plus large trees removed in 2010 by 3B tree. It was a huge job in early spring and was mostly oak. They had to deal with many hazards like fences, pool house, pool and a paver block driveway. Minor damage to the fence but they took care of it! John and one other worker did most of the work. They were nice guys with good attitudes. I wish the job went quicker but they had to deal with tough conditions and a neighbor. They handled the neighbor professionally. They ground out the stumps and dragged the roots out with their bobcat. The yard is now landscaped and is beautiful. They are not like other contractors, they go out of their way to make things right. I hope to send before and after pictures soon.

3B did a very good job grinding three stumps and removing the ground up material.. Both Elise and her father were courteous and friendly as they did the work. They did a good job cleaning up and worked very hard to get the job done right. I was very pleased with their work.

Although there were some delays in getting our project started, Elise was always professional and personable. 3B did a great job cutting down and removing 9 trees from our front yard. The trees were close to the house and there was absolutely no damage. Elise was very friendly and professional (even after our misunderstanding). I decided to go with 3B because of other positive reviews and that it is a female owned business. I'm completely satisfied with my choice and will use 3B Tree Service again.
3B Tree Removal's reply
I just called grace to see if she could update her posting. We discussed her issues, when I receive the deposit, I had already picked up four other jobs before her deposit.when we spoke, I replied or called every time she called or emailed me. one of her. Was I gave her a day and didn't show up. This is untrue, as I had sent her an email the day prior stating that they were talking about tornado force winds and I would not be there on Monday. She stated she did not get that email. I copied and pasted it to her after she and I spoke . it was a no rush saying and I always always always tell people when I am coming, I will give you at least a two days heads up before I show up. I will not just show up and be there working in your yard without you knowing.I never set an exact day as Mother Nature and delays with adding on trees at previous job delay dates. We have had major wind shears and tornado warnings for at least a weekof this time. And I explained that most people don't pay attention to the wins but I have to as my job can be very deadly.so, after apologizing and apologizing, I told her I still was going to be there on Wednesday as the weather looked promising. I did the work when I said I was coming on Wednesday and she was thrilled with the work done.she apologised and I told her we all have those days. ,

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Tree Removal, Stump Grinding, Brush Removal, Bucket Truck Services, Log Truck Services, Stump Extraction & Removal, Firewood, Trimming, Chainsaw Carving.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It is a Free estimate. Do not use "Free Tree Removal". They leave a disaster and will destroy your property. If they ruin something of value, you can not collect on them as it was "free service". Find out more by talking to me. I sometimes clean up their disasters for homeowners and it costs them more for clean-up then it would have cost to have me do the entire job, all cleaned up and removed with no mess. Also, have Insurance company fax or mail you directly for proof of insurance. Alot "say" they have insurance and they do not. Or, they show a copy of paperwork, but was actually cancelled after they receive it.
