I have been taken guitar lessons from Mark for 5 months and the level of skill and knowledge I have gained in this short time has been amazing. Mark's approach to lessons each week is structured, motivating and fun. I have accomplished being able to read music and play various Christmas songs during the holiday season which my family enjoyed as well. On a healthier note, after a stressful shift as an RN, I find playing my guitar dissolves all my stress away. Learning to play the acoustic guitar has always been on my bucket list and I look forward each week to my lesson in order to further develop my skills.

I have been a student of Mary Alyce since I was 12 years old and just beginning 7th grade. Before that I had taken lessons with another teacher and was only semi-interested. However, every lesson with Mrs. Minor has been amazing in that she took the time to make sure I fully understood a topic before moving on. Songs that you didn't think you were capable of learning became a reality after a few lessons. The casual "yeah I understand" doesn't fly with her, she wants to make sure you demonstrate full competency of the topic before moving on. Mrs. Minor is a fantastic teacher in her ability to teach to many different learning styles. My experience is that she adapted to my visual learning and frequently plays the song before I attempt it. I wouldn't hesitate to take more piano lessons with her. I have encouraged my brother to begin piano lessons and the quality of teaching I have seen has been exceptional. I highly recommend Mrs. Minor to any student interested in beginning or continuing piano.

Michael Joseph was a piano instructor at my university. I took lessons with him because he was recommended by one of my friends. In two semesters, I went from barely knowing where keys were, to playing one of my favorite songs. Prof. Joseph helped me be more patient with myself, and tackled those areas I needed to improve. He is very passionate about what he does, and very knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend Michael as an instructor.

As an adult student, I have been taking mandolin and guitar lessons from Steve for about two years. I would highly recommend him unquestionably to any prospective student looking to take music lessons. Steve is a down to earth instructor who is not only eager to help his students learn but demonstrabl y excellent at playing and teaching the instrument he teaches. Steve has introduced me to a variety of music from a theory viewpoint, but is eager to help his students define their own path, reflective of their particular musical tastes. I've played an array of bluegrass, jazz, blues, and classical music with Steve. Not only has my playing dramatically improved but my appreciation for the music has improved exponentially. I've learned how to diatonic ally examine songs, understand rhythm signatures, identify different scales, solo, and perhaps most importantly, how to practice properly. Whether you're just looking to play your favorite song, or become a life long student of your instrument, Steve is definitely the guy to help you along.

Tom is hands down the best piano teacher I've ever had. He's passionate, patient and works at the pace that I'm comfortable with. He pushes me to be better while ensuring that I'm learning at the pace that I've dictated, so I don't feel overwhelmed or lose my desire to learn. I highly recommend him!

Just started working with Michael. He’s a talented artist and passionate about Music which is exactly what I was looking for in a music (singing) instructor for my 15 year old daughter. She looks forward to her lesson and most recently creating her own songs!

Learn blues and music theory (no, those aren't opposed to one another.) and sound better on your guitar. Blend better with your band. Record better at home or in the studio! As a 45-year music pro, I've backed up Bo Diddley and shared stages with Greg Allman, Stray Cats, John Lee Hooker -- there are too many to list.
