Dianna's artistic skills brought my rooms to life! The walls became bright and welcoming. Rugs of cheerful color shades, comfortable chairs sporting attractive coverings complemented the very suitable sofa. Rounding out for a finishing touch are charming lamps and end tables. A narrow dining room space offered Dianna the challenge of selecting an attractive useful shelving unit. To tie this together she selected handsome chairs with custom fabric at a space-saving table that can expand to seat eight allowing plenty of elbow room. The area became a spectacular arrangement with the additional of a beautiful window cornice that coordinates with colors in the room. Dianna's friendly personalty and eagerness to please the customer makes working with her a pleasure. Dianna takes time to learn the preferences of the home owner and offers options to suit the budget and personal preferences. When a customer wishes to consult her Dianna responds quickly. It was a most happy experience to have Dianna as my designer. Because of her guidance my home is a very pleasant place to be!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Staging Prices: Staging Consult: 2500 sq ft or less $200.00 Up to 3000 sq ft. $250.00 Up to 3500 sq ft. $300.00 Up to 4000 sq ft. $350.00 4000 sq ft and up $400.00 Staging Services: Occupied without assistant $75.00 per hour Occupied with assistant $95.00 per hour Vacant with assistant $95.00 per hour Movers $85.00 per hour, 3 hr min. Furniture rental : Quoted in consult report. 45 day minimum rental period. Interior Design: Consult 2hrs $250.00 Project $125.00 hr E-Design varies dependent on room and size of room.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Regarding staging, I can stage occupied or vacant homes. I will come out to your home for either a consultation or a bid. During the consultation I determine what needs to be removed, changed or added, and you do the work. I can bring in a few items, which is an additional charge. For a bid, I will come in and determine what pieces need to be brought into the home, how much the rental of those pieces cost, and how much the labor will cost for moving and removing items. For Interior Design there are several options, Consultation, Personalized E-Design, or Full Service Interior Design (larger projects) Rate varies per service desired. Typical rate $125 per hour.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the Interior Design Program at the New Hampshire Institute of Art in 2014. I am a member of the International Interior Design Association. I am an ASP, Accredited Staging Professional, and member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals.
