My name is Diane and I have been a client of Heather's since I was 43 yrs old, over 6 yrs ago. When I met Heather I was overweight, lethargic and had no direction. With the help from Heather I lost 6 dress sizes, but more importantly, I gained the self esteem that I never had. Heather sat with me to figure out my goals, and tailored my training and nutrition to achieve those goals. In less than 6 months I was able to run my first 5k and place in the top 3 of my age group. Less than a year later, I completed my first Sprint Triathlon. Heather and my husband were, both, waiting for me at the finish line…..that is the level of her dedication. I felt as though my success was Heather’s success, and I still feel that to this day. Heather doesn’t work for you, she works with you. In addition to going to the gym, I do in-home train with Heather twice a week. She motivates me just as much today, at the age of 49, as she did 6 yrs. ago. When Heather is your trainer it is as much about the mind as it is the body. She is there to be your teammate, mentor and cheerleader. I, highly, recommend Heather for personal training….whatever your goals may be.

I met Heather at Golds Gym, I was looking for a personal trainer and I was fortunate to get her. Not only does she push you in workouts she will actually work out with you. I found myself doing workouts that I never thought I could do because of her expert training, and she is also there for you emotionally trust me I certianly had some ups and downs and she was always there for me to pick me up and not be discouraged... If you are looking for someone to lead you to a better physical you then Heather is your person!!!
