Personal Chef
Tony Martelli provided a valuable service to my family in our time of need. My sister was fighting a serious illness and needed nutritious, tasty meals to keep up her strength and spirit. She was too tired and worn out to prepare meals herself. Since many family members live thousands of miles away, and our help was complicated by COVID restrictions, we were unable to assist immediately. Enter Tony Martelli. He listened to her dietary needs, imposed by the effects of her illness, and planned creative, delicious, menus. Each week, he delivered to her home a variety of individually plated dinners that she could safely store in the refrigerator or freezer. My sister could reheat the meals with little effort and enjoyed meals that not only suited her dietary needs but her tastebuds. Each week, he requested and listened to feedback on the meals and, if necessary, made adjustments. He did everything we asked and more. I credit Tony’s dependable, courteous, tasty, creative, and caring food preparation and delivery for accelerating my sister’s recovery. She regained strength, and we all regained peace of mind. Tony came to our home for my husband Rob’s 60th Birthday he prepared Rob his absolute favorite Italian diner. He cooked & severed us the most delicious meal - Parmesan Garlic Grilled Romaine - Veal Marsala – Penne Pasta – Roasted Cauliflower - Tiramisu for me and Cannoli for my husband. Tony paired our meal with wonderful wines – yes wines as Rob loves reds and I love whites – red was a splendid Dolcetto & white was a rich Chardonnay. Tony was great to work with in planning this special meal for my husband – very professional! I can’t forget to mention our kitchen was left spotless!! If you are looking for a great dining experience without having to leave your home…give this a try!!!

We used Martelli’s signature service and had the Italian Family meal. Not only was the food the best ever but The presentation and Tony’s personality was contagious. We highly recommend Martelli’s private chef service.
