Remember, personal trainers are a lot like cars, some classics but plenty of clunkers. Research before you invest in someone. I have a passion to help people achieve all their desired fitness goals so they can live a productive life. Life is so much better when our bodies do not limit what we love to do. Doug creates a personalized workout to help you achieve your goals. He is highly qualified and professional. He has a great gym with nice equipment. I especially enjoy our great conversations that make the time fly. I highly recommend NUMA Fit!

Having Doug as a personal trainer is amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains why you are doing each exercise, which I love. He always makes sure that my form is correct so I don’t hurt myself too. I am being challenged to keep up with my workouts at home too. Once I wasn’t able to get a babysitter so I had to bring my son with me and I think Doug got more of a workout than I did that day! Working out with Doug has been a blessing!

I’ve met with Doug twice and he is fantastic! Wonderful guy, works with you to achieve fitness goals based on past injuries and all around health. I didn’t even know I had muscles that needed worked on or that I felt truly responding until my first session. Highly recommend!!

Your search for a personal trainer is done. I found Doug through Thumbtack last spring which was my first experience using this site. I have worked with personal trainers in the past but none as knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and versatile as Doug. I injured my knee over a year ago and he was able to work within my abilities to strengthen my knee as well as build up my conditioning overall so making my physical life better than it has been in a while. I am not done yet...I am trying to maintain for a while on my own but will be back to work with Doug again.

The NSCA requires constant CEU's to fulfill your certification every three years. The classes are excellent and give up to date research on the latest fitness trends and nutritional needs. The Fitness Institute International CPTS gives free classes to anyone who has currently graduated from their intense program. All 6 classes are offered to graduates.
