- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can offer hourly rates or we can offer a fixed rate. It all depends on the amount of labor required, parts and materials, etc. we're very flexible with our rates and usually will match a reputable competitors price if asked.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential, landlords, home owners, commercial, new construction, contractors, old homes
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
If the customer needs work related to heat: What type of system do you currently have? What type of heat? When was your system last serviced? Do you have your system properly vented right now? If the customer needs plumbing work done: Do you currently have plumbing to the area? If you need something replaced, do you also need the old item and scraps removed and taken care of?
