Latest Review: MJ started training with me in November 2013.I looked for a trainer because I was not getting very far on my own. Previously I was working out only 2-3 days per week. I was looking for someone to motivate me, keep me accountable, and celebrate my victories. MJ created a plan that met my busy schedule and has been great to work with. Through him I've started training for 5k's (I hated running) and we've increased my strength training significantly. I feel better about myself, have more energy, and laugh a LOT when working out with MJ. He's down to earth, friendly, and super easy to work with. I've been recommending him to everyone. He just started but has the skills and knowledge to help you meet your goals. He is not nutrition focused which may be a downfall for some, but I've worked with a nutritionist so that isn't a focus for me.
