Introduction: I was lucky to always know I wanted to be a designer. To me its not just colors and materials. Designers & builders shape the spaces of our future. It starts with a concept, an idea that goes on a journey to become a reality. On this journey the design is molded and challenged by rules of monetary value, aesthetic value, functionality, and building code. It is this process that give me passion for design. I have worked in the design industry for 8 years, and I am proud to say i have gained experience in all aspects of design.... --from obtaining building permits to hand made custom window treatments. --from paint color selection to management of large commercial construction. --from space planning to environmental psychology. --from kitchen/bath design to graphic design. --from concept to reality! Us designers are really problem solvers; out of the box thinkers that can visualize and transform a space in our heads. When my rendering skills give the client that 'ah ha' moment and they see what I have seen all along, it is a very exciting moment!
