FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices include travel (if any), equipment, outfits (you keep them after the shoot or you can provide your own), hair, nails, makeup, and post production. If we have to travel and a hotel is required, prices may be increased.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet every new customer a few days before the shoot to discuss their needs, goals, expectations, and motivation for doing the shoot. This is where we go over scheduling of the shoot and arrival times. These meetings help build initial comfort and rapport between the new client and us as the photographers to allow them to feel more relaxed on the day of the shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Walter attended Berklee College of Music where he studied composition and film scoring. This lead him to work within his first few roles in the film and advertising industry where he began working in post production as a film editor and sound engineer. From there he moved behind the camera where he learned about videography, photography, lighting, and scene composition as well as other forms of post editing such as color correction, After Effects, Photoshop etc. He worked full time in the film/advertising industry for 6 years before moving into the business world. Samantha graduated from University of New Hampshire and has been trained by Walter over the last few years to build a strong knowledge of photography. Her hair and makeup services have been used for weddings and events over the last 5 years and she continues to hone her abilities daily.
