We had a slider that needed to be replaced, but while taking out the slider, Felipe found some structual issues. He was very clear on what he found, why it was happening and the CORRECT way it needed to be fixed. He explained our options and went through the pro's and con's of each. Felipe was able to work with us on rescheduling a time to complete the work within the week...since this through off his schedule. We are very pleased with all the work that he has done, appreciate his explanation of what he is doing and just knowing that it is done right is ease of mind. I have recommended Felipe to several neighbors and my parents for his great work.
