FAQs
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
You don't need a disposable income to hire an Interior Designer! I charge $50.00 an hour and a great deal can be accomplished in that one hour. For example, within that hour a paint color or color palette, along with furniture layout and a flooring decision could be narrowed down or even finalized. Often clients already know what they like and they may just need assistance in pulling it all together to create a cohesive look to the space. My style is to offer multiple suggestions to a client that will work for a particular item or space. Then working through the process of elimination decisions are made. If the client is unsure or can't decide I will make a recommendation. That way everyone is heard and shares in the creative process! For example, picking out upholstery for a couch. The client and/or myself will each pick out 3 swatches or samples of upholstery and then lay them down side by side. Through the process of elimination typically one sample will stand out from the rest!
