Latest Review: I began taking voice lessons from Peter Hostage in May and have been highly satisfied with my decision to do so. If you are considering taking music lessons with Mr. Hostage, know that you can expect a high level of professionalism, a relaxed atmosphere, and most importantly, quality musical instruction. As someone who began singing at an early age, I have had the opportunity to sing both individually and as part of numerous groups. In just three weeks Peter has introduced me to technique that I had not been exposed in my 10+ years singing. I am confident that continued lessons with Mr. Hostage will enhance my vocal ability. The lessons are definitely worth the investment!

Latest Review: Michael Joseph has been my son’s piano teacher for nearly two years. He is patient and kind and has a great sense of humor. He allows for my son to develop at his own pace and encourages his creativity while, at the same time, making sure he learns the theory and techniques behind the music. Michael is also the choir director at church for both of my sons. He recognizes the different gifts that each child has and encourages them to use them to their fullest. He is truly a gifted teacher and mentor. He understands that each child is different and is flexible is dealing with the unique talents that each child possesses. He is a fantastic teacher and we will be with him for many years. I highly recommend him as an instructor.

Latest Review: Amanda patiently guided me through the basics of piano for 2 years. She answered every question calmly and thoughtfully, from the basic "where does my hand go again?" to "who invented the piano?" Every lesson was tailored to my needs and ability. I never felt intimidated by her, and she was always a pleasure to work with. It's cathartic playing piano, since it's another way to connect your mind and body. I highly recommend taking lessons with her! I bet she'd work well with children, too.

About: I offer a variety of music lessons: piano, guitar, bass, voice, music theory, music composition, and more. I also offer music recording and production services. My business stands out because of my vast experience as a teacher and performer. I also offer much better teaching facilities than other music schools in the area. I also incorporate the latest technology during my lessons. Right next to my teaching studio I have a music studio perfect for voice recording and production, as well as instrument recording and production. I offer production and post production services as well including mastering and artist consultation. As of March, 2018 I am pleased to announce I am adding ESL to a service that I provide! My B.A. degree in philosophy as well as years of learning a second language and working in a Spanish speaking community have given me extraordinary skills in learning and teaching language.

Latest Review: He is a fantastic pianist and just a wealth of knowledge and passion. Technique and knowledge of the rep is great quality. Along with this, he taught me so many different performance techniques and listening skills. Along with the aspect of the music, he really taught me how to be a performer. Jake taught me how to cope with performance nerves and stage presence. He is always willing to help and excited to work on the repertoire. Jake constantly supported me, was patient, and had confidence I would be able to perform my music at a high level. I would not be the pianist I am today without his teaching and I would take every opportunity I have to work with him.

Latest Review: Jannatha is a patient, supportive teacher who fosters kid's development in a fun learning environment. My daughter can be challenging and doesn't click with many teachers or instructors. She loves Jannatha though which encourages her to put in the extra effort and time into her learning.
