Pj Hannan Massage Therapy offers many styles of massage such as myofascial release, hot stone, deep tissue, reflexology, pregnancy, and scar release therapies as well as Swedish massage. We offer spot treatments, stop in on your lunch break, and spend 20 minutes receiving customized relief. Massage is highly recommended for all ailments including depression, anxiety, and people in recovery, from alcohol and substance abuse. Most people may see ads for spas offering "Swedish" and they also may mentally picture being "pampered", as shown in these ads. Because we are a small private practice that specializes in therapeutic massage, we don't have slippers and big fuzzy robes. What we do offer you is the promise that we'll listen to you about your health concerns and do our best to very carefully tailor the massage to your individual needs. When you arrive, simply come into our waiting room. We don't have a receptionist so you will be greeted by your massage therapist. On your first massage visit, we ask that you come in five minutes early to fill out a health intake form. This is followed by an initial interview where we pay close attention to your needs so you receive the massage that you expect. Soothing music and a private room enhance your relaxing massage. We use quality organic lotions and oils and you can choose scented or unscented.
