I am a CPDT-KA and have to take 36 credits of continuing education every 3 years to maintain my certification. I just recently completed the Dogs of Course Instructor training course in Problem solving. I frequently attend seminars to stay current with dog training methodologies.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find a trainer who is certified and has proven experience training both dogs and people.
