I've 'worked out' for years, but could never achieve the level of fitness/strength that I was working towards, because I wasn't working hard enough...and more importantly I lacked the correct form.
I've been working with Michelle for 16 weeks and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. She motivates me to work hard every single time! I've performed exercises that I didn't think it was possible for me to do.
