Our therapist is also a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist as well as a Certified Functional Strength Coach. These certifications allow her to safely and effectively build strength and maintain a healthy weight while reducing pain and potential for injury. Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization and infrared heat are used during massage work to help break up scar tissue and restore full function and range of motion to old and new soft tissue injuries.
