Q. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A. Most customers bring their shredding into our location and drop it off to be shredded. A lot more residential customers are learning they don't need hundreds of pounds to drop it off, as much or as little as you like. We shred it all.
Bring in your shredding, we weight it, then we put it in locked bins until the shredder comes on Wed mornings. The driver unlocks the bins and dumps the entire bin into their massive shredder, it is so large you don't need to worry about staples, paperclips even binder clips are not an issue. Once they are done shredding right here, they will issue a certificate of destruction which we can mail you if you like.

Q. Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.

A. All in pounds
1-50 lbs - $1.00 per pound
51-99 lbs - $.90 per pound
100- 249 - $.80 per pound
250-499 - $70 per pound
500- 1000 - $.65 per pound
Above 1000 ask about rates
On site shredding is usually for 500 lbs and up, we can do pickup service the cost depends on how far you are from our location, where it is in your building and how much you have overall.

Q. How did you get started doing this type of work?

A. Customer requests, and we started working with our shredder for our own documents that needed to be destroyed safely.

Q. What types of customers have you worked with?

A. We work with call customers, people with just a handful of credit card statements up to a commercial location that has almost 10,000 lbs of documents to be shredded. It doesn't matter either way, business or residential a handful or truck full.

Q. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A. Look for a shredding company that will offer a certificate of destruction. Ask if you need to remove any paperclips or staple or binder clips. Our shredder doesn't requite you remove anything, it will eat just about anything we can feed it. No minimums, no maximums, we offer all services from drop off, pick up, and even shred on site.
