I faced a huge problem in my new condo that was missed during the tech inspection. I was lucky to meet Sean. I asked Sean to install a chimney liner and fireplace insert that I purchased. I contacted Sean and he replied immediately. We were able to book the install just a week out and he took care of everything. He looked at the chimney, pointed out a couple of the things to fix, but most importantly, he worked with the store that sold me the fireplace to get the right parts since more were needed than anticipated. We thought that we might have to delay the install because more parts were needed, but Sean went out of his way to go back to the retailer and get what was needed and get it done that day. He also did me the extra favor of advising me on how I could start using a pre-existing wood stove in my basement. Not only was the price very reasonable and the installation done right, Sean is probably once if the nicest people I’ve worked with on a project for my home. This goes a really long way and makes doing business with him easy and really great. He treats you like a friend and this makes the experience of working with Sean great!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my price as low as possible. If I get a discount I will pass it on to whomever is hiring me. No mark up on materials and prices are competitive
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st thing I do is look at the requested work then I will bid the job with intentions of starting on the date I have scheduled. Please keep in mind this trade is often weather permitting so if I run late it needs to be a little expected. Doesn't happen all the time but it does happen.
