I must say. This was a great experience. My entertainment center and shoe rack got assembled in record time, the old packing cleaned up, and the outcome was superlative. I would ignore the one star review. Totally different than my experience.

We needed a rack in our closet reinstalled after if fell down and the wall repainted. We also needed some repairs to our deck. The closet work went fine. The deck work has entailed a large number of phone calls and facebook messages. As it stands now, iRemodel has a portion of our decking and piece of the railing so they can match it, but have not responded to our messages in months. Their website link is dead, and none of the numbers I can find for them work.

Hi David, I'm glad you were happy with how the closet came out. As far as the deck, I never received any part of your deck, you told me another contractor had it. If you review the emails this is why I asked you to contact the builder of your house to see if they had on file the manufacturer of the decking materials. Since the decking was discontinued there was no way to get an exact match. I purchased a piece of decking which you said you didn't like the match. I also suggested to match the railing profile with wood and paint it the color of the existing railing. Since I spent my time a money trying to find a solution that would work for you without success, I had to move on to other clients that were ready to move forward with there projects.

My father operated a small painting company and I would go with him to work for the things I wanted from the time I was 10 years old ( younger actually, but I probably wasn't much help) I would also help with painting and carpentry tasks around the house and for friends and family. Because of the experience I gained in my youth it was an easy transition to becoming a professional.
