- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we charge an average of $30 per man hour, with that in mind we will try to give you several options to complete a job to allow you to create a project that works for your budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We traditionally will ask a lot of questions. We are going to find out not only what your needs are, but try our best to work out project details to match your budget. We often come up with solutions for our customers that mean less labor for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up working in a family business that did everything from building small homes, large condo complexes and even renovated million dollar historic homes. I was taught that every customer's needs are different and your first job is listening to find out what is best for your client.
