Dj Wild Bill did an amazing job Dj'ing our wedding this past October. We were so impressed and appreciative of the detail and professionalism he put into his work. From our first conversation about how we wanted the feel of our reception to be to the great suggestions for songs for certain parts of the reception Bill was great. To be honest, my husband and I did not plan the flow of our reception very well and Bill immediately recognized the need for someone to step up as a leader and he took that job seamlessly and I didn't have to worry about a thing! All of my friends and family commented on what a great job he did! The only thing that could have been better was if we had planned for our reception to be another couple hours longer because everyone was still tearing up the dance floor and having a great time when we had to leave. I highly recommend DJ Wild Bill!

Bill DJ'd our wedding a few weeks ago and did an outstanding job! He has a great, straightforward system for choosing music for the entire evening. He also did a fabulous job running the evening smoothly with announcements, speeches, cake cutting, etc! He thought of everything you could need and more for a perfect wedding. One aspect of Bill that I really liked is he does not do just weddings, he does events of all kinds so he not only knows the classic wedding music, but was able to read the crowd very well and play popular and throwback songs that everyone loved. we had 150 person wedding and he had nearly everyone on the dance floor the entire night! For weeks after my wedding all of my guests raved about how amazing our DJ was. His pricing was beyond fair - he does offer upgrades to lighting, but is not pushy about them at all. He was very easy to contact and accommodating throughout the planning process. Our wedding could not have been any more fun, I'm so glad we chose bill for our wedding!

I cannot say enough about DJ Wild Bill! Our wedding reception was so much fun and flowed so smoothly. We owe a lot of that to DJ Bill! He arrived at the venue a little more than an hour before guests were to arrive. He was very respectful and confident from the minute he arrived and throughout the evening. His selection of music was wonderful. Playing something that everyone would enjoy and keeping the dance floor packed all night was very impressive! We had quite a few compliments from our guests about the great music choices! I was very impressed when I gave my permissions to play "let it go" a request from the younger crowed, DJ Bill mixed it with some nice beats to make it enjoyable for the children and adults. DJ Bill did a wonderful job keeping the party going all night and we are so glad he was part of our special day! We strongly recommend DJ Wild Bill!

My bride and I had Dj Wild Bill for our wedding over the weekend. He was phenomenal at our wedding very professional and on time. He was beyond patient with our 5 year old son who desperately wanted to be the Dj and made his night when Bill let him take the mic for a few minutes to sing and make an announcement. His professionalism from the day we made contact to the last song of our wedding was 10/10. Not all Djs would have been so friendly and inviting to our son in that way. DJ Wild Bill is one of a kind and I would definitely recommend him for any event. You would be hard pressed to find someone comparable in price and as professional as him. We WILL use him again in the future. Thanks Bill for not adding stress during the planning phases and putting the exact show we wanted for our special day.

Bill kept the party going all night long at our wedding reception. He played a superb mix of oldies and new songs and it pleased all of our guests; young to old. The dance floor was rocking all night long, thanks to Bill. He was extremely professional, courteous, and easy to work with. I can't wait to plan another event so I can use him again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is simple, as it should be. Generally, you can expect an hourly rate for mobile DJ services, and a flat rate for more elaborate contract work and appearances.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As most of my leads are through word-of-mouth, I engage with new customers by phone as quickly as possible. Once a verbal entertainment agreement is reached, a formal contract is drafted for everyone's records. I personally meet with all of my wedding clients, and regularly follow up on all entertainment needs and expectations right up to the event date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Lyndon State College in 1998 with a Bachelors Degree in Sciences and an Associates Degree in Communications. While at Lyndon, I was involved with and eventually became General Manager for the campus's regional radio station, WWLR. From there, I honed on my DJ performance skills over there years with a lot of nightclub work, radio work with Boston's Kiss 108, and mentoring with a host of talented and experienced local mobile DJs. Continuing education for a disc jockey includes being in tune with current music trends, and also technological developments in the audio, video, and lighting equipment we use. I subscribe to several industry trade magazines that offers insight as to how I can improve many aspects of my DJ business.
